SPEED contains the customizer settings.json, theme options.json, speed.xml (Demo data) and the theme builder.json files.
Follow below steps to install SPEED theme.

Install child theme and activate it.

Load demo data:
(Tools > import > WordPress > Run Importer
> speed.xml > Assign Author )

Goto Divi > Theme Options
and import “theme options.json” file.
STEP

Goto Menu Divi >Theme Customizer
and import “Customizer Settings.json” file.
STEP

Setup the Menu (Appearance > Menus)
STEP

Set as a Static Front Page the ‘HOME’ page.
STEP

Goto Menu Divi >Theme Builder and import “Theme Builder.json”
